About Esther Hardy
Esther has lived in South West London until recently but has now relocated to the Manchester area. Esther is married to Robert and they have grown up children. Esther became involved in working in RSE after volunteering for a local Crisis Pregnancy Centre.
Esther started working as an Independent Relationships and Sexual Health Educator over 15 years ago and loves working with children and young people exploring the many issues around RSE. She continues to find the work extremely rewarding and immensely enjoyable.
Comprehensive training
Esther has undertaken comprehensive training over the years, much of it with the FPA (Family Planning Association) but also with the local PCT, Brook, Sex Education Forum and other organisations in the field.
Esther’s initial qualification as an antenatal teacher, has proved to be invaluable when working in the field of RSE.

Confident, experienced and friendly approach
I have over 20 years’ experience of working in Relationships and Sex Education. My experience of working with young people is therefore extensive. Students and schools vary considerably and my approach to teaching takes this into account. I am flexible in my methods, adapting materials and manner of delivery so that they are relevant and applicable to each group of students. I’m often told that my friendly, confident and experienced approach to relationships and sex education has enabled both students and teachers to feel relaxed and comfortable in RSE sessions.
